Return policy

At shiningmu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with a product, you have the option to return it within 7 days of receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, kindly reach out to us via email at shiningmu@outlook.com or call us at 443-467-4396. Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will promptly assist you with further instructions and information on how to proceed with the return.
All returned items must be in their original condition, including original packaging, and must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags, labels, and any promotional items included with your purchase. Returns received after the 7-day period will not be accepted and will be your responsibility.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date your return is tracked as delivered to our warehouse at 2028 Del Dew Drive, Washington, Maryland, United States, for the refund to be issued.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the item's value. For more details, please refer to our cancellation policy, which aligns with the new EU consumer directive (effective since 13.06.2014).
Important Note: shiningmu is not liable for returns until they reach our returns center. We recommend keeping your proof of postage and sending your return with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost or stolen during transit.
